I want a gpu under these catergories.

1. Uses 75watts and doesn't need pin connectors
2. Relatively small and will fit in the hp 290 g2 business pc (for me the rx 6400 fits fine so something around that size)
3. Below 100 pounds
4. Faster than the rx 6400
