A new website has appeared where you can stream easily, self-hosted, thousands of series to stream from & it gets updated daily.

It's basic, to the point, no B.S., no fancy logins or features that require you to do 10 different things to watch anime. At least that's what I want, and what I noticed people want too.

I thought I would play this again and wow I honestly can’t believe how well this game still stands up by todays standards, the graphics , slow motion , particle effects are incredible for a 10 year old game ..

I originally created Ramenflix as a personal passion project for anime fans who wanted a cleaner, smoother streaming experience without the usual frustrations.

After some downtime, I’m happy to announce that the website is live again and fully operational.

I made an anime streaming TUI for the terminal — ANI-EX

I’ve been working on a terminal-based anime streaming app called ANI-EX GitHub Repository

It lets you browse, search, and watch anime directly from your terminal with a UI that feels closer to a modern streaming app than a traditional CLI tool.

Features

• Anime home dashboard with trending + latest releases
• Instant search with history
• Episode browser with SUB/DUB toggle
• Direct playback in mpv or VLC
• Poster rendering inside the terminal using Sixel/chafa
• Vim-style keyboard navigation
• Persistent config + player preferences

The goal was to make terminal anime browsing feel clean, modern, and actually enjoyable instead of just “functional.”
