Subletting my room, a person came to see it and i agreed verbally.

However something doesn't feel right about them . The copy of the id card (with photo )they provided shows their age as 30 , I thought they were 45.

They had told me they were from this country in western europe, but when I asked them to give me a ring from their phone , the country code was eastern European. We had chatted a bit and they had told why they were in ireland and how previously they were in western europe , but they had never mentioned anything about living in eastern europe.

Could this be a scam. Have you have had similar experiences
