We are looking at switching to Webex calling from On-Prem CUCM. For anyone in a K-12 environment, what is the best practice with extension design in the classrooms? Currently, teachers have a Voicemail only extention and the classrooms have a Internal only extention. From what I understand in webex because of the licensing, doing the same setup would cost double the licenses? is that true and what other designs could i accomplish something similar?
