I’m confused about night weaning and sleep training

LO is just over 6 months; schedule is 2.25/2.25/2.5/3.5. I had started making some progress in sleep training but it’s on pause for a couple of weeks (won’t go into reasons).

In the meantime, I’m trying to figure out if and when I should night wean. Baby still wakes to feed, but I’m unsure if it’s hunger or habitual. She is in the 80th percentile for weight and is on solids as well. Personally, I’d love to night wean.

How do I know what’s best? Should I take the time the next couple of weeks to night wean and then sleep train afterwards? Or do it all together once the time comes? How can we tell when baby is waking up for hunger vs. needing help? Her cues for both are so similar.

When to start nap training?

My baby is 6 months old and we’ve recently started sleep training nights (started when she was 5mo 3w). We’re seeing progress! Bedtime is improving and overnight wakes are getting better. She usually wakes up once to feed and will also do a snooze feed in the morning, which is much better than the 4 MOTN wakes that required feeding to sleep. I’m working on night weaning as well.
Her naps are still a struggle some days. She rarely takes long naps and often needs help to sleep.

I’m wondering at what point did you all feel overnight sleep was established enough to start working on naps? Did you wait until nights were fully solid, or after there’s been improvement?
