Found a product but not sure if there's enough demand what else can I check?

Trying to find a product for my second store in dropshipping after 3 days of research I think I found a product worth pursuing . Mainly used Claude with some research prompts, Amazon, and Google Trends no paid tools but this time I grabbed a group buy subscription with multiple tools i mostly used SimilarWeb get hooked and tried Kalodata but couldn't find much there.

Here's what I found:
-The product category (not the product itself) gets 600k monthly searches in the US on Google Trends and is growing

-My last product was a water flosser i found a lot of big brands but this time i found only one brand in the space with 1M+ in sales and 30k monthly visits on SimilarWeb, running only 15 ads in Meta Ad Library but they've been running them consistently for 2 months

-Found another brand with 7k monthly visits and 50 active ads

-Nothing showing up on Kalodata

-The product might have been trendier 1–2 years ago but it's still evergreen not a novelty or gag item

What else can I check to validate demand? And based on what I've shared is there enough evidence here?

I started 18 march i chose to go with a water I flosser didnt do crazy research seemed decent just to start even if wasnt crazy about it just wanted to get real experience with shopify and meta ads

So far i got 25 sales some of them are 2units and am around 1000$ loss with ad spend and cogs ($1400 revenue, ~$1700 in ad spend, ~$700 in COGS so roughly $1000 loss )
I genuinely don't know if that's good or bad cause ive seen guys that hit $500+ days in two months and others that have 0 sales in 4-6 months

The biggest problem has been margins (i use zendrop)
I also had some problems with ads (paused them, lost momentum, had to rebuild). Things got better now am down again trying to find a way to get sales again
Right now am waiting for some requests i send to other suppliers for better prices and some products to create a better bundle offer

What I actually need help with:
Should i continue pursuing this product or should i change and if am going to change what is the best way to research for a new product. Everything I find feels saturated. The angles are all burned out and I can't see a clear way to compete (like the last one i found was a hiking stick/button that had multiple tools in it)

First dropshipping store, been running for about a month
Running a single-product Shopify store (water flosser, oral care niche) targeting USA broad

My pixel was broken for about 2 weeks from multiple pauses/restarts trying to fix it I ran a traffic campaign that sent low-quality visitors after some sales campaigns that i lower the budget i fixed it.
Since fixing the pixel about 10 days ago, my results have actually been the best they've ever been but they follow a frustrating pattern.I also start getting bundle purchases at $79.99 AOV instead of single units at $44.99.
(so far i run 3 campaigns for 3-4 days each the set up is cbo 1 adset 4 ads)

The pattern**:** Every campaign I launch has 1-2 strong days then dies

When these campaigns are working, the metrics are solid then they decline

CTR 3-5%, CPMs $40-55, CPA $24-35, Frequency (1.1-1.4)

I run a CBO, 1 ad set, 4 ads at $35/day.

Day 1: 2 orders (one bundle of two units, one single unit) — highest revenue in my store so far.

Day 2: 1 order (one bundle).

Day 3: 0 sales. no ATC

So far this is the campaign with the highest AOV. I haven't killed any ads yet, but most of the budget goes to the only ad with sales (84% of budget). Also on day 3 it only spent $28 instead of $35.
CPMs dropped from $55 to $40 over these three days. All other metrics stayed about the same as the start.

What should I check to figure out why day 3 had no sales?
If I kill the ads that aren't spending, will that fix performance?
Should I replace the ads and if a second day goes by with no sales, should I stop the campaign?
Should i raise budget to find more customers ?

Am currently testing single adsets cbo with 3-5 creatives 30-50$
What's the maximum number of creatives I can realistically test at this budget? Is there a better structure for testing more creatives? And is there a way to get more tests out of the same spend?
