[North Myrtle Beach, SC] I didn’t think small incidents at work needed reporting until I saw how it can be misunderstood later
Something I’ve noticed in different workplaces is how easy it is to ignore small incidents in the moment Most of the time nothing feels serious, so people just move on and don’t say anything It’s not really about hiding anything it just feels unnecessary at the time But later on, when questions come up or details are forgotten it becomes harder to explain what actually happened or when it started I’m curious how others deal with this In real workplaces is there usually pressure to report even the smallest things right away or do most places understand when people only realize the importance later Just trying to understand how this works in real work environments.
