Guys, please help me.

I am 19, and I didn't care about my skin too much until now, but recently the condition started becoming really bad.

Current problems:

1. Uneven Skintone

2. Blackmarks

3. Comodomes

4. Acne

My previous skincare routine: Nivea Creme and minimalist sunscreen but for the past month, I didn't use any and the skin looks horrible.

Please help me, any suggestions/product recommendations are very much welcome.
