[Spoilers Extended] The "Mutlak 0" Loop: A Theory on Drogon's Final Destination and the True Cost of Magic
So I've been thinking about what happens after Jon stabs Dany and Drogon flies her away to the east. Everyone always says she gets resurrected by the red priests in Volantis, or she comes back to get revenge, but at what cost ? That feels way too simple for this world and What GRRM built like a micro engineer . I think what actually happens is way darker and fits the rules of magic perfectly. As often said. "Only death can pay for life." I think Drogon trades his own life force for hers. Dany has absolutely no saying in this, just like she had no saying when Drogo became a living corpse from blood magic. It brings her right back to where she started. A mutlak 0 (absolute zero). I can't recall how it was shown in the TV Series but in the books, during the visions in the house of the undying, she is dreaming about Khal Drogo and their happy never-after. That dreamy state breaks and she comes back to reality, which makes me think it was a representation of her actual death and uniting with Drogo, but it didn't last. It wasn't permanent, just dust in the wind, because Drogon's magic drags her back to life. Also in the house of the undying, she didn't realize the illusion was smothering her until Drogon screamed and broke it. He always senses her soul. There's this crazy symmetry to it too at least to me it makes sense. It was Drogon we first saw when the fire went out on Dany's shoulder she was the first thing he saw when he hatched. So it makes sense that while he is dying, he again sees Dany, and Dany sees him as she's resurrecting. Her last kid gives himself up so his mother can come back. But... since she loses everything , her dragons literally her kids, her crown, her mind she doesn't go for revenge. She probably just lives out her days as a beggar or even a slave, right back at where she started, to absolute zero(mutlak 0). So the illusion of magic that made her strong fades away completely and As Rhaenyra without dragons they're just like everybody else , so is Danny now...
