I recently got accepted into OCOM but am a bit worried now due to them only having pre accreditation status (I knew this initially before applying and interviewing) however I know they are set for re-evaluation for accreditation in 2028, have heard good things about them and their rotation sites but still fairly new, for profit, and private loans only. I am currently waiting on LECOM alternate list. I received the email on 4/9 about the 48 hour deposit turnaround and quickly submitted the form and emailed them. I am wondering whether I should put my deposit down for OCOM and still email and reach out to LECOM for a letter of intent (already sent them a Letter of intent/interest in March before the 4/9 email came out). I am also wondering if I don't accept OCOM (and don't get into LECOM) and reapply DO next cycle if that would look bad.
