Hey all! I’m wondering what vet you take your pets to and why you love taking them there?
I’ve been a longtime(8 years) patient of a high end vet in Lacey, our relationship started off great but over the past 2 years I’ve found myself questioning almost everything about them. My cat had a life threatening problem that they have been blasé about follow ups and taking the steps needed to ensure we’ve taken care of the problem. I just called for results on a culture that I was told 1-2 days, we’re on day 6 with no results and they didn’t seem to think that was a problem. They’ve shrugged their patient, my baby, off to the ER twice in the past three months despite being a full service hospital. One of those times was for a simple catheter, which I was told no one at the hospital could administer, and prompted to go to the ER instead. The care we’ve received at the ER has been superior, which I’m grateful for but obviously don’t want to have to take my cat there whenever his vet doesn’t feel like dealing with him. Rant over.
So, all in all, where do you go and what keeps you coming back?
