Photos:

  1. The first three photos with the orange background are the veneers.
  2. The fourth photo is me with the temporary crown.
  3. The last photo was the original teeth before anything was done. (sorry my skin is horrible, going through a retinoid shed.)

I had a bad infection on one of my front four teeth that caused me to have to get a root canal, which after a few years turned my tooth gray, so I needed to get it crowned. I also had a lot of visible staining on the front teeth, the teeth were physically fine but the color wasn't great.

When I went to the dentist, he suggested I get veneers. These veneers did not damage my natural teeth, they were like acrylic nails almost, just attached to the tooth. I did a mold of my teeth and then came back after a week to get them installed.

However, while the color is nice, I think they look massive. I'm not sure if this is just me hating change and noticing something uncanny… but I am afraid they do not look good.

Any advice?
