Cancellation request
I had a cancellation request on an item followed by a message saying they wanted me to ignore the request. I am relatively new to selling consistently, and I have read posts here warning about this kind of stuff. So I processed the cancellation request. The buyer has about a dozen feedbacks, all positive, but it just seemed like that would not be an easy mistake to make. Especially because we exchanged offers several times before they bought it, so it’s not like they didn’t have multiple opportunities to change their mind. Should I also block this person?
