Since timbersaw got nerf from couple of patches. i want to know what is the best build for him since he got nerf

I realized working an 9 to 5 job is hell, and it pays low minimum wage and alot of work and came home exhausted just to survived, im afraid this will be my life for eternity, is there anyway i can make this work through online? i know i dont have any skill from this things since im figuring new things out, so yeah any tips/advice yall can give me? that would be an amazing help.
