I was sent the email for setting up charm. When I get to the part where they send me the otp (one time password), i never receive a code and can not finish my setup. I checked my junk file and it is not there either. I sent an email to support@joinpomegranate.com. I know they are probably slammed right now and will answer in a few days since it has only been two days. Hopefully they will answer soon. Just wanted to check if this has happened to anyone else and if you were able to fix it on your own.
