I'm planning on attending Chicago's Go Fest, however I won't be able to purchase the park ticket, only the city explorer experience ticket. Having said that, would I be able to get a chance of having a Mewtwo with the city background just with the city explorer experience ticket, or do I need to purchase the park ticket for that? Thanks in advance and sorry if this was asked already, I couldn't find anything regarding this.
