Can anyone tell me a place that does EMDR therapy in south goa

I was watching nature boy and i realised that most/all of them wanted to escape their reality and fell into such a dark space. I always think if there was equality and safety in society, people would trust each other and feel less of a need to run to an extreme.

I don't know if it's my catholic upbringing, but I wish I could be sexually active but I'm scared I'll feel too guilty and make my anxiety worse. Why am I so scared? Why is it that I can support others with whatever they are into and be pro sex for others but not myself? I'm 27 now and it feels like I'm stopping myself too much.
