I just bought an ASUS Zenbook A14, and whenever I try to open certain things like my outlook app or search bar, they just won’t open.

i have factory reset the pc, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps it just will not work. For outlook, the app will open, and then close immediately, but the search bar just wont open no matter what, and when I try to use it in the windows menu, it just closes immediatel.

please help I don’t know what’s happening
