I made a cleansing sea salt scrub because I have been in a bit of a funk lately been feeling down I have been motivated to do anything, and I was searching ways to cleans and stumble upon a cleansing shower I liked the idea since I don't have a bathtub and I'm a broom closet witch (I think that's what they are call?) I used sea salt, coconut oil, a bit of rosemary oil, lavender, lemon balm,cinnamon, peppermint licorice and lemongrass I blended it all into a fine powder put the oils and face cancer because I didn't have soap I grabbed myself. I felt great but when I got out of the shower to do my hair, I found a cut on my finger that wasn't there to begin with. Am I overthinking this or is it some sort of symbol that I'm releasing what's holding me back? Or did I scrub myself too hard
