Hi everyone,

I’m currently working at Concentrix under the Amazon retail account, and I’m really interested in applying directly to Amazon (in-house) in MOA.

I just wanted to ask those who are currently working or have worked there:

- How did you apply? (Amazon website, referral, walk-in, etc.)

- How much is the salary range for CSA or similar roles?

- May incentives/bonuses ba aside from base pay?

- Kumusta yung benefits (HMO, leaves, allowances, etc.)?

- How’s the workload and overall environment compared to BPO?

Worth it ba lumipat from BPO to Amazon in-house?

I’m trying to figure out if it’s a better long-term move compared to staying in a BPO setup.
