I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me with a short-term loan.
I’ve recently gone through a difficult breakup just before Christmas which left me homeless for a period of time. Thankfully, I’ve now been placed in a council flat about 3 weeks ago and I’m starting to get back on my feet.
I’m ex-army and have just secured a new HGV job through an agency, starting this Tuesday. Once I receive my first wages, I’ll be in a position to repay in full (happy to discuss reasonable interest as well).
The reason I’m asking is that my 9-year-old daughter’s birthday is on Tuesday, and I’d really like to be able to get her something and also cover some basic essentials like food and travel until I get paid.
I haven’t received any previous loans despite being offered one earlier, so I’m still in need.
I’m more than happy to provide ID, proof of address, job details, or anything else needed for reassurance.
