What do you actually look for in an enrichment tool? What enrichment feature gives you the most value for your agency and sales?

I’ve been building LocalVein, a SaaS designed to help marketing agencies handle lead generation and data enrichment without the usual manual grind.

I recently used the tool to scrape and organize a database of 80k+ trades and small businesses leads across North America, focusing on technical validation like phone number verification and prospect utility, among many other signals. I’ve really made an effort in providing value here, and I consider it the major sales point.

The Core Workflow:

• Smart Scraping: Automated extraction (built with TypeScript).

• Enrichment: Cleaning and verifying data points to ensure high deliverability. Also made a focus on vulnerability to sell (how prone are they to buy from a marketing agency) given the combination of all the signals provided (20+).

• Infrastructure: Currently setting up the cold-email pipeline and domain warming.

Where I need your help:

I’m moving into the cold outreach phase now. If you’re in the agency space or building in lead gen:

1. Is "data enrichment" still a major bottleneck for you, or is the market too saturated with Apollo, Clay, and other alternatives?

2. What’s one feature you’ve always wanted in a lead gen tool that the "big players" keep missing?
