What’s up with the policy that’s going on or is it a made up thing that the manager is talking about not passing 40 hours I’m not saying overtime what I usually was trying to do was put 15 minutes of protective PTO so I can cover the two or three hours that I usually stay I didn’t like them telling me to come the following day an hour before my shift or let’s say leave an hour early.
I’m probably bitching but how is it fair that I’ve been putting extra hours when I’m supposed to be clocked out mind you they don’t have a replacement for me, but they want the job done. Its not, it’s gonna look as a bad performance for me. It can lead to a coaching if that still exist cause I heard it’s something else I don’t know, man I feel really really disrespected at my job mind you five years of experience and four different departments. I’m trying my best to uplift myself to learn about the club, but I show no respect from my club manager or anybody I’m not looking for it but I would like to learn the ropes I would like to grow with the company if I see it as my career, but to be honest, there’s no help. I’m starting to look for another job, but it’s super hard out here so I’d rather just stay quiet and just go to work but each day I’m just getting upset .
