Anyone else cannot deal with all the work it takes to look okayish?

Hair, nails, skin, clothes, shoes, make up - I seem to suck at all of this now. I am really envious of men who just need to be clean and it’s all required for them to look okay in public/at work

Does any of you have other joint pain when you are having TMJ flare up?

I have had tooth pain all day which seems to be from TMJ, and also have pain in my elbows now
