I live away from my family. My parents are taking care of themselves and the grandparents too. I am mostly upto date on what's happening with their health but I keep forgetting the history of over a year ago. It's also tricky to remember in which year a particular surgery happened. Most of the reference right now is pre/post covid. Is Notes/Notion the only best option here? I started writing in Notion tables for my memory but looking for more options.
