Hi guys, I’ve got the head off of my cooper s r56, would it be worth upgrading the valves or is OEM enough for around 250bhp?

Hi everyone, I’ve just bought a cooper s 2008 with the infamous N14, it has 0 compression on one cylinder, found out there’s a bit of the exhaust valve missing, the piston looks good, and every other cylinder has about 160 psi. Looking for some advice on the best route to go, new head, refurbished head or get mine refurbished if possible. Any advice is appreciated
