Should I join the Kentucky NG? 25M
I’m not sure if I should join or explore other options and avenues for better benefits and opportunities. I’ll be 25 in 2 weeks I have 2 son’s both under 3. I just want to provide the best life I can for them but I don’t want to miss out on their early years in life. I feel like it’s a crucial part of their development for me to be there as a father figure.
some of my hobbies are camping hiking, i like to play sports and video games board games card games.
My goal is to become an electrician and Id like to be a business owner wether that be construction company or mechanic shop.
Jobs im interested in was electrician and diesel mechanic as well as aviation mechanic.
What’s appealing would being able to learn a trade and have the benefits for myself and kids, as well as any other opportunities that come with joining.
After serving id to be able to have my own home to come back to and being able to work on my own time. Either enlisting or commission im not too sure for now.
