I submitted my medical rfe in 2024 September. On October the status changed to Abeyance and paused because no visa available. In 2026 I became current again in Jan,my spouse got medical rfe on March 5. We submitted the medical fee and receipt was acknowledged. My case went from rfe directly to Abeyance. It still shows abeyance. Chatting with Emma I got this :

The case is located at the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER . The last case update is from 03/04/2026. It states that the case is in processing at this time.

I am eb1 c applicant. How long could this take.
