Bad Credit Housing
My wife and I are looking for a rental in the Richmond area ASAP with a move-in needed on or by May 18th. We’re open to apartments, duplexes, small homes, garage apartments, or private landlord rentals around $1,300/month before utilities.
One applicant has a 670 credit score and the other has a 460 score due primarily to student loan/history issues, but we have:
• No evictions
• No felonies
• No judgments
• Strong income/employment
• 3 years of consistent residential history
We have funds available now for move-in costs and additional funds coming in on May 21st if a bigger deposit is needed. We understand our credit situation may make things more difficult, so we’re very open to discussing deposits, proof of income, references, or anything else needed.
We are quiet, responsible tenants just looking for a stable place and would deeply appreciate any leads, private landlords, sublets, lease takeovers, or second-chance opportunities.
