I just had my follow up with my dr and because my eyes have improved, he gave the okay to reduce my 250mg dose to half pill in the morning and a full pill at night.

I still took my previous dose yesterday (full pill morn/night) and was having some joint pain at the end of the day. This morning (before pill) I woke up feeling very very off. Still had some joint pain, my head felt very foggy, and I could barely get out of bed I was so tired. My stomach has also been turning all day, I’ve barely been able to eat, and I had a few gagging episodes too. I thought the half pill would maybe help a bit but I still felt horrible most of the day.

I’ve not had this bad of a day in weeks so it just feels kinda out of nowhere and it really sucks
