The Wish To Be Free is something human, born into the Human Soul along with all other characteristics of the Body, Mind and Soul of a baby. It is a beautiful concept, something inhrerently connected with all of us that is taken way soon into Life by the harsh realities of the World.

As a baby, a kid, what responsabilities do you have? What burdens of the real world do you have? None, everything is handed to you by your parents or the ones who take care of you (this, obviously, not taking into account the ones who don't have someone to look after.

As a teenager, however, by the mid-teens or so, some cracks of what responsability is begin to take place in your life. Be it through going to school alone, taking care of a pet, taking care of your brother when your parents are not at home. It doesn't matter, the sentiment of a "all-free" life begins to dilute around this age, worsening as you get older.

And we get to where I want: The Adult Life.
You worry about getting a job, about paying the rent, the bills.
Now you have a kid, you need to take care of your child, while working at a minimum wage job, you worry now about all this, and you see the rent getting higher, the Oil getting pricier. Your life crumbles down as the very foundation of society collapses on your feet.

Nothing matters anymore.
Bills, Rent, Work, being a law-upstanding citizen, nothing.
You are free to be yourself in the desolate corpse of the former Hegemon of the World, a gigantic circus where violence is your personal clown; your daily-laugh.

All the stress you had to endure during your adult life, it is all gone
Your mind reverts to the Primal Need of Being Free, of again having the freedom to do whatever, the same way you had in your childhood, just with new desires.

You are a child again.
Free to do whatever you please
And through it you will become Humankind itself.

I already did a post around why i think VOTW is the greatest faction in TFR, but i didn't quite expand it, not on the way I wished I did, so, let's start from the beginning.

The proposal of the path, with the information we have as of now, is simple: proposing the dismantlement of the Modern-Industrialist Society, the complete and absolute destruction of all forms of exploration and ecocide, be it in the forms of Contemporary exploration against the Human Mind (social media, brainrot, AI) or the past/adapted forms of exploration against the Human Body and Spirit and Mother Nature (Mass Industrialization, deforestation, indiscriminate killing of animals etc.)

With this in mind, why should I say they are the best, the absolute best faction in the entirety of TFR? I mean, their proposed path would annihilate 90% of America!
Well, it would, but they in themselves wouldn't, as it is the collateral damage of a society deeply entrenched with Castrative and Anti-Nature policies/goals.

But, moving this topic aside, I want to talk about the obvious and most glaring aspect of VOTW: Their connection to the Human Soul.

Thousands of years ago, centuries even, we were Nature, and Nature was us. We were molded around the need to survive and adapt to the harshness of Mother Nature.
We still have this spirit today. Well, many of us, as the objective of our Rulers and Elites is to dismantle this spirit, to entrench their new proposed model of the Human Race, one that is domesticated, castrated, and deeply unconnected to Nature, and as we can see in recent years, they are succeeding in certain amounts of population.

I might be being exaggerated in reading a simple game this way, but what is true, is true.
The path proposes something inherently connected to our Soul, to the Human soul, as that it why it touches people that think about it so deeply, because ignoring the obvious catastrophe that would entail such path into the modern, 'normal' Human society, it is an idea that moves when you pause to think about it, almost the same way that spending time with Nature moves you. Not the game in itself, but the idea, the thought.

Aside from all that, I genuinely think it will have the best content out of all 1.1 factions, but that's a personal thing.

How many times i've shared this image here? Three times? Five? Idk, but it just encapsulates perfectly what VOTW proposes and the sentiment around it.

A return to Nature, the destruction and dismantlement of the Modern-Industrial Society, the reclamation of Gaia's Throne. The plants growing in the Electrical Grid, consuming it as the last remnants of the Humanic Supremacist World.

This image symbolizes everything I hope Ted's path will be, everything, from the Electrical Grid being covered by Nature to the beautiful, blue Sky behind, free from pollution. A Sky that witnesses what it should've been witnessing since forever: Nature, and Nature only.

It's a beautiful image, I love it and I can truly say this is my favorite image since ever. The sentiment it passes, aside from VOTW and TFR, it's just so beautiful, calm, peaceful. I could never have asked for a better image.

That said, I sincerely ask the devs who will see this and hope this image is somehow presented in an event pic or a news event picture, as it is just so, so beautiful.

On my previous posts about the upcoming Dark Mandate update that will (likely, my guess) come out on the 4th of July, especially the one about the fate of UoA's political strata, I stated that Trump would go on with all his ego-driven tactics of humilitation against his enemies, parading them in the streets and in theatrical trials, just like the Romans did

However, after my second post about the same update, regarding what I thought would be his subpaths, I theorized a possible 'secret' path, in which Barron would take up the mantle of his father and go on a even more revanchist mission against America's internal and external enemies.

Now, while the possibility of my guess on the leadership being wrong is possible, I am quite sure and can safely assume this mantle will be taken by someone, someone more radical than Trump, Vance, Hegseth or any other possibility of leadership that would entail this content, the White Horse of Trumpism, who will reduce the entire Earth to rubbles if it means taking revenge on the enemies of America.

This White Horse will be revengeful. Maybe he will be Trump, an aged and crazed version of Trump, maybe, idk, but what I know for sure is that this White Horse will bring to truth the presented image about Iran.

Trump and Barron. These are my bets for who this will be, father and son who lost everything, who lost family members, supporters, who were dragged back and forth through the mud, only to find themselves on the back of the Final Horse of the Apocalypse.
Remember: The White Horse represents conquest, victory, tribulation, and military conquest, as the Rider of said horse is the Antichrist himself

This is a list of all those who would help Nature directly or indirectly, but more of a personal list of tags I like most

1- VOTW: Well, I don't really need to say something about them, do I? They're simply the personification of what the model Gaian Patriot should look like. Very cool, I like them, and I recommend everyone to only play them in 1.1.

2- Mike Ma: He is an interesting character, for while he is a self-described Nature Lover and stuff, I don't really know to what extent genociding, deporting or torturing hundreds of millions of people, (Or dozens, just take the demographic census of America) would help Gaia recover, since the amount of bodies would certainly pollute the Terrain, or the Sealife.

But, aside from this little detail, he is a Gaia Patriot, not a model, but certainly one.

3- World Government: Now, this is a interesting one, it's mostly here for the joke really, but think about it. They force everyone to eat insects, so the wildlife would be safe from Humans and would probably have some place they would be at peace.

The part i really want to get is Catharsis, because with the WG collapsing into (possibly) dozens of different warlords and factions would disgrace Europe forever, permitting then Gaia to reclaim her throne in what remains of Europe (in the least advanced warlords)

So, for the WG, they have the honorary Gaian Patriot award, going mostly due to Catharsis

Note: Letsinger isn't here because I don't fw his faction, but I do think they are somewhat Patriots.
And I know there are more Patriots, but I'm too lazy to include them

Related to the Reformation of the Soviet Union superevent, I think there should be for other two.

Germany: First of all, I don't think Day X should be a superevent, it should be scrapped or reworked. But moving forward, the Restoration of the National Socialist Regime should definitely be a super, for it's too important to be ignored and would play a massive symbolic role in the world.

Italy: The Fascists, the Blackshirts, the Republican Fascists. They should have an superevent, one for the Second March On Rome. I know that Italy isn't that big of a military and industrial power both in TFR and in what they were during WWII, but for the sake of Symbolic and since they were the pioneers of European Fascist Regimes, they should have one superevent too

Listen, a lot of people complain that "1.1 is taking too long" or that there's not enough content, making the community dry and all sorts of things, but is it really that bad? I mean, take into consideration:

1- Space for submods: A lot of community members want to contribute to TFR in different shapes or forms, and one of them is by creating submods. Be it a path for a certain tag or entire nations, these developers make good to keep the community alive and introduce content for nations that don't receive so much attention from the main TFR dev team.

And that's where the lack of content makes itself so important. Imagine if TFR released each faction of the civil war separately?

"I was going to play this good submod, but i just saw that TFR released Mike Ma, well, maybe another time!"

2- Boosters creativity: Just look at the subreddit, the Discord or Youtube, how many people aren't testing and discovering small things that with the releasement of constant content, they wouldn't pay attention, I myself played the Chinese Civil War with Nick Land and enjoyed it alot! Imagine if the devs released the rednecks... I would have lost this experience because i would go play them.

I know that the majority of people prefer looking for major content to better larp, but it's good to appreciate the small details of the game

3- Makes the next content better: We all want better content, something more polished and well-done. And what's better for polishing than taking extra time? Remember people, 1.1 is gargantuan, to make the gfx, writing, and coding must be an enormous task, now imagine doing all this along with testing and fixing bugs.

And the dev team is not composed of robots. We must give them time and appreciate when they release content.
Reddit is my weapon of justice and I will defend TFR

Many in this community long for a teaser on the best faction in the entirety of TFR, one of these people being me, but why do we need it so much? Well, I have the explanation:

1- It is the best faction in the entire civil war: Mike Ma? Rousseau? Trump? APLA? Who are these? These are not nearly comparable to the sheer beauty and magnificence of VOTW's content proposal, and knowing that the devs are masterclass in what they do, it will be simply the best of the best

2- Nature: Well, Nature is beautiful, and no other faction is so inherently connected with Nature as VOTW is. PTP is larpy, they do love Nature but it's more centered around their hate and Ma than Nature, not cool, while VOTW is all about Nature, very cool.

There is Letsinger too, but they're not 100% about nature, so they are uncool too.

3- Ted Kaczynski: Say what you say, Ted has the most interesting philosophical current of thought out of all warlords.

I mean, look at the APLA, it's the same thing as the 20th century, Atomwaffen are a bunch of crazed larpers, PTF is the same case as the APLA, and the others are a bunch of larpers and lunatics, while Ted proposed something ancestral, connected with the very bedrock of Humanity.

4- We all like this faction: It's the most lovable faction. Let's be serious, we all love Nature and want it to survive, so seeing a faction that is built all around it makes them the most likable

And that's it, for finals, I think we can all agree again that VOTW is better than all the other factions.

Well, Dark MAGA is all about Trump and his movement, MAGA, but he is aging, mentally and physically aging. These effects, sometimes seen IRL and creating moments that demonstrate he is indeed becoming less and less capable, would be exacerbated by the stress of the Civil War, the assassination of his son Don Jr., and the multiple betrayals by his former allies, such as Pence.

Much like Biden, after his death or a certain age/mental capacity, the position of President would be vacant by 2028 or 2029. That, if it actually happens on the path, would open the doors to a new president, someone loyal to him and to MAGA, someone without mercy for the enemies of Trump.

These being:

1- Stephen Miller, representing a more radical, nativist even, version of MAGA. Extreme, radical, Miller is quite well known for being the one who tries to push for most of the hard immigration-related policies of Trump.

2- JD Vance, a revanchist, as seen by the event he appears on the Dark MAGA teaser. Even more radical than Trump, he would wage an internal war against all those who mocked Trump, all those who destroyed his personal, peaceful, and prosperous life.

3- Barron Trump (?), his father prepared him since his birth for this very moment. America is at stake for all the world wants to see her demise. He will carry his father's legacy and bring America back to the world stage. America Will Be Made Great Again, at the cost of all who stand up against her

Barron, for me, is a questionable one, since he is too young to be President and not so prepared for the role.
Regardless, while i still think there will be subpaths for Dark MAGA, the path revolves around Trump, so there might not be any.

It just is, it is the best faction present in The Fire Rises, the best playable tag should i say so. I'm not speaking in terms of how hard it is nor the gameplay, but there is something I'd like to talk about.

The Feeling: The path in itself feels so good to just think about. A return to Nature, to all that is sacred and inherently beautiful in our planet. And it is the only path that does so.

Mike Ma will be centered on Ma and the Pine Tree Party, as we can tell by his minor teaser and the part where he appears on the Cascadian Tesaer.

But VOTW? No. It isn't about Ted Kaczynski, it isn't about the Vanguard of the Wild, it is about Mother Nature, about saving the only thing that is ancient, pretty to its core, about the story of a man and a Vanguard whose objective is not to construct a Cult of Personality or a dictatorship, however being about saving Nature, and this only.

Now why Feeling?

Well, we are part of Nature and Nature is a part of us; it is connected with us down to the very core of our being. The modern world as it is, tries to deconstruct that concept, but Humanity is made for Nature; it was shaped around our necessities regarding our survival in Nature, and the path proposed a return to that, a glimpse of "what if we embraced what makes us, us?"

That's why this path is so beautiful, that's why it is so attractive to many, and why the concept makes me feel so in awe by it, and why it is so good to think about it.

I don't know how the focus icons will be, I don't know how the writing will be, nor how the lore will be, but to those who are actively taking part in developing it, I highly appreciate you.
