There's a major problem with how people who are either Anti or not in fandom discourses talk about Artists that aren't in America or Western. even back then when i was anti or deep in discourse, I refuse to say some of the things others would say about overseas Artists.
the Past year or two, I have made an attempt through translation to reach Audiences outside of my own. why? because Art is cool! I WANT to talk to people from Other places! I WANT to Yap about my Favorite characters with other fans! I WANT to joke with them!
I dont care what people Say about Fandoms from outside the U.S., so far they have been the Nicest people ive ever interacted with!
in all honesty and EVEN if they Drew things I considered triggering of my own discomfort:
would feel more comfortable interacting with THEM VS someone i see CONSANTLY toxic or controlling in my Timeline.
