I’m honestly trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong at this point.

I have 9+ years of experience in logistics (import/export, tracking, customs, TMS, stakeholder coordination, etc.). I consistently get:

• Shortlisted for roles
• Positive feedback in interviews
• Comments like “you have a strong background”

But then… nothing. No offer.

It’s starting to feel like I’m doing everything right on paper, but something isn’t translating.

I’ve worked in roles where I:

• Coordinated international shipments end-to-end
• Resolved delays using root cause analysis
• Managed customs compliance and documentation
• Improved delivery timelines and operational efficiency
• Handled high-volume, time-sensitive logistics environments

At this point, I’m open to real advice:

• Is this a market issue right now?
• Am I missing something obvious?
• Is this an interview issue vs. resume issue?

Please be real with me—I’d rather hear the truth than keep guessing.
