Banned for buying a broken n64, can I get it reinstated?
Dude sold me a n64 supposedly in working condition. It never worked. Powered on but multiple TVs never could find a signal. even had controllers were plug in and so was the memory pack that inserts into top of console. Tried cords for RCA jacks and hdmi converter both included in purchase. Contacted eBay and asked for a return and included video and pics through the eBay site. Seller agreed to a refund and I return it. Upon him recieving the return, he issued my refund but then reported me as fraudulent and now has relisted the same console again with same description stating it’s in working condition. Just cause it powers up doesn’t mean it operates and works! Yet now my account is banned and he’s reselling the item without having to have my feedback on the purchase bring his ratings down. Is there anything I can do to have my eBay account reinstated? I shouldn‘t loose my account cause dude is selling fraudulently listed products and getting butthurt he had to issue a refund! Thanks in advance for any advice or help!!
