Trying to nail the classic Backrooms fluorescent ceiling lighting in Blender. Mine still feels too procedural and random compared to the original images. Any tips?

So I am making a backrooms scene inside of blender, In a tutorial I was watching, he showed a way to randomize which tiles are lit up and which one's are not. But from my reference images I have collected for the backrooms, the lights are uniform in a line. What do i need to fix/redo in my nodes to achieve that effect? (Took a quick render to show, it's still a WIP)
Help is very much appreciated
Thank you!!
