I took me a long time to accept I was addicted to it. as a women it became more difficult because I felt kinda alone. I sometimes talk about my problems on internet, I tried to talk about it on a teensubreddit (i participated in nofap) and no one took that seriously and the worst thing is I got a lot a dms from men asking if I wanna have fun.
it's a real problem right? not only men but women are also struggling with it. on surveys it's shown that more than 50% women watch porn. but I just can't find any post or source that actually tells how it affect us, how hard or easy was it to stop for other women, etc.
I abstained from it for a month and feel good. just wanted to talk about it. feel free to share your experiences. thanks.
