Just received an email after escalating my husbands spouse visa I am the British citizen . We applied outside uk. Bio on 10 November 2025. Still haven’t got back from them husband was an overstayer for 2 years. He was kept at the detention centre went back in June 2025 voluntarily.
Received this email. We both went to register our marriage both did our interviews for the marriage and detained him at detention centre. Does anyone know what to expect after this email as it has been more than 25 weeks. I’ve paid for many enquiries still all saying awaiting a decision. He’s been out of the country since June 2025 still no response.
