Me and my friends are thinking of getting a mortgage on a house together to share. There seems to be real commitment and the cost of rent vs mortgage payments is a big pro but what If it doesn't work out for one of them and they decide to leave? Do we need to go to the bank and renegotiate the mortgage? Can we supplement the lost income with another house share that pays rent but isn't on the mortgage?

A bit odd they went nearly everywhere except the country right next door.

I don't understand this redundant security measure. What is anyone else going to do with the already publicly available information about my car besides paying my road tax for me?
