Juggling a banana, avocado, and underwater camera case from front POV

I love the snatch trick. I think it looks better when the object is a banana lol.

- while doing this I had a realization. I was throwing the case over, snatching the banana with a side swipe, and underhand throwing the avocado. ( in this video I did double underhands )

so a pattern is a melody because of the objects being thrown has a rhythm. But you actually break the melody when you switch the pattern. - 8 key dj max player lol

I’m pretty sure this count as juggling lol it’s more objects than hands

I wouldnt mind some regular balls for toss juggling but need to order a pair eventually. I think this page motivated me to try out five balls

half slow motion half regular speed. I found this to be genuinely difficult . my head actually hurts lol.

satisfying my dogs by playing ball with them ( hitting balls with pickleball paddle in a row ). The brief moment of silence is bliss lol.

I do like progression 3-4-5-6 objects but I like chaotic juggling. it trains your brain a lot because you have to recalibrate the weight of an object in milliseconds

I like this POV I saw someone else doing it and had to try it lol

check out my YouTube for more! also leave what you’d like to see me juggle in the comments

using my ability and rhythm to coordinate it with striking a ball with a paddle in each hand. it’s not traditional but dance is creative by nature.

a year of going pull-up crazy! maybe couple thousand this year lol.

Edit after reaching 20k people - i guess i wanna say it’s not just about looking better, i feel better. My RHR is 45 and moving is much easier. I went from 175 lbs to 158 over that year. You can do it too, it just takes a bit of wanting to be your best! I started with 5 hammer pull-ups and ended with a PR of 35 on my best day!

check out my YouTube in bio ( I shadowbox a ball in mid air and juggling things!) or my r/juggling r/shadowboxingobjects r/strikejuggling contributions for more on getting fit!
