i just got fem serum and im trying to max ascension, what are offers for them so i can get an idea of their worth?

I’ve really liked how odm plays but I hear it’s hard to build and that shifter is generally better, thoughts?

So i have the attack serum equipped, but when i go into a mission, the serum bar doesn't appear, I'm playing fritz so it shouldn't block it, anyone know how to solve this?
