I took a package to an ups store to have it shipped.It was a very tiny package. They asked when I needed it delivered and I said 2 day is preferred. They gave me the price which was very high (about 50 dollars). I said it’s fine.

I guess they used USPS priority which I didn’t even know they did (I thought these went ups because it was the ups store). And now the package is almost a week late lol. What are even my options here? I paid 50 instead of like 10 dollars. Is this UPSs problem or USPS? Am I going to have any luck getting a partial refund? Anyone ever change back a card over it? This is ridiculous for so many reasons.
