Hey Redditors, I just turned 24 today and coincidentally got myself a cold and don’t really feel like going out lol.

I’m not really a birthday celebratory person. I usually just do something for myself like going to the cinema watch a movie the. have a nice dinner somewhere, and enjoy the day alone.

But today? I’m just sitting in my room watching some videos from my Data Analytics course on Coursera. 😭

I’m not a boring person, I swear. I have a lot of friends at university. I don’t know what has happened to me today, but being stuck in this room has made me want to meet new minds and talk about literally anything.

Nothing depressing though lol. I don’t really like how words like trauma and depression have become so normalized. I’d rather hear about your interests, weird opinions, ambitions, music, movies, life, whatever.

A little about me so you can judge if you wanna talk or not:
I’m Gen Z with a Millennial taste in music, shows, movies and culture. I’m into tech, data, cinema and random conversations that somehow become interesting.
Anyway… it’s my 24th birthday and apparently Reddit is where I ended up. 😂

Hey! What do you do when you lose your motivation to do literally anything? Not talking only about big stuff like building career or any business… but for even a regular task of your life…

I am losing it for myself… I am not quitting because it’s part of the life. But I am kinda losing interest in it, because I am kinda tired

And being a “Male” I don’t share my problems with anyone not even at home (IK it has nothing to do with being male, it’s just a thing)
IK only I can help myself out.
I hope you are getting my point… I am kinda drained but this isn’t an option for me. I need someone to run along in marathon to keep me motivated as a competition or anything.
And you might see this post in several other subs, I am not trying to seek attention, it’s just I want to communicate.
