Car: Dodge Avenger 2012 2.4L 202k km

I'm wondering if this is normal, I used gumout fuel injector cleaner and now I'm getting consistent misfires on cylinder 1, I used to get 1-3 misfires as per my obd2 scanner I'd say once a day for two weeks now ever since I fixed my P0301 error. It's been a day since I used the cleaner now my car is misfiring way more around 100+ misfires.

I'm assuming my injector is clogged badly for this to happen, but I'm also worried that it could just be my original misfire getting worse.
