not sure if its derelization but everyday i feel my memory becoming worse. its to the point i cant even remember anything i did the day before and im constantly zoning out. im just sorta alive like an npc and im not sure what it is or why this is happening?? when i turn on the tv i cant even focus watching and im just staring at the tv like a brainless chicken. i dont feel real and i cant even have conversations anymore
