I grew up in Chicago and went to college in Milwaukee. I love it there oh so much. I still go back a few times a year to see friends and visit my old haunts.

However, one thing that has always disappointed me coming from a place with hot dog stands every half-mile is the lack of equivalent bratwurst places in Milwaukee. Having brat stands within walking distance of your place would be amazing in a city with such a rich history of German culture.

I figure that they just don’t exist, because in almost 25 years of going to MKE, I would’ve thought that I could find a place like I am describing.
