Double loading troubles

Flew southwest yesterday evening from LGB to SJC. LGB allows boarding at both doors of the plane. The direction was if you are in rows 17+ and comfortable carrying your bag up the stairs, head to the back. Rows 16 and under board at the front using the ramp. If you are uncomfortable carrying your bag up the stairs, wait until the end.

The amount of people who not only couldn't follow this direction but the FA having a meltdown at the back over the intercom was not helping. Legit yelling for another FA to help people find their seats and check boarding passes.

Also the baggage rules for one overhead bin and one under your seat, some people thought they were special and didn't have to follow that either.

People crossing each other. Bags over each other's heads. People in the wrong seats. Not understanding the boarding process or seat assignment.

All the things that are posted about in this subreddit doubled in chaos because of 2 loading doors.

FA at the back having her meltdown was definitely on the unprofessional side. It was like watching a kid load up on sugar and spin in circles the more things occurred.
