Sent home my camping gear from Argentina to Canada before I flew home myself (cost a fortune). But now my box is stuck in "clearance event" and "shipment is on hold" back and forth for over a week! It says it is in Ontario.

I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at DHL and I'm worried I'm going to lose my valuable camping gear.

Nobody from DHL has contacted me asking for any details and I already submitted information to supposedly make customs go quickly without delay...
