So for context I do Instacart myself so I know mistakes happen BUT I left detailed instructions and said my apartment is NOT the apartment with the black mat and to CALL ME if confused. He still ended up delivering to the wrong apartment but I was able to catch him on time before he pulled off. I said hey you delivered to the wrong address. He just looked at me and pulled off anyway. I had no intention of even rating him I was just gonna let it go but the fact that he put a sad face and said he’s sad I’m not going to give him 5 stars made me want to give him one star. Petty I know but it’s like no shite I’m not giving you 5 stars wth😂
