Moving to leeds - is this a good area?

Mid 30s working professional moving to Leeds. Looking to rent and then buy in a year or so. Is this a good area? I've heard mixed things about the leeds dock flats so unsure. Im also a woman so safety is a priority. Ideally car parking too. Thanks!

Thoughts on cladding on flats?

Im potentially buying an apartment in leeds city centre. Do any have the Glenfell fire cladding issues i should be aware of? Or anything else like rats etc i should be aware of for particular buildings please. Thanks! (Context: mid thirties professional buyer, non student)

Leeds area suggestions

Im moving back to the Leeds are for first time in over a decade. Where would you suggest?

Im single and in my 30s so I want somewhere with a good local community vibe with shops and bars. I will be working in Leeds City Centre so a train link would be preferred.

So for Farsley and Morley have been suggested. Unless I just stick to direct leeds city centre.

I would be renting first and then buying.

Thank you.
