Came across this website NewMindStart looking for ways to reset the nervous system for addiction related issues and also an extremely hypertonic pelvic floor. Did a few things over the years already and even though I would consider myself extremely fit with visible abs I had all the symptoms of hard flaccid.

Slow Deep breathing and other yoga etc always helped but last month came across the post here of someone recommending doing reverse kegels during erections. Would say that helped as it helps to be more aware of the muscle that need to stay relaxed.

Did that for 10-15 days with 3 days off in between probably. Always listen to your body when it needs rest. Somewhere around the 15th day I came across newmindstart on an insta ad and checked out alexeys men’s health booster course. It’s basically yoga exercise focusing on kegels and various breathing techniques.

When someone says “kegel” I always thought you’re supposed to squeeze like you do when stopping
